Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a dedicated merchandiser for Colorado Springs, CO. You will stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and move stock from backrooms to sales floors while maintaining neat, safe backrooms.

You will build displays, set up promotion materials, and partner with store teams to communicate needs and support orders. Training will be provided for handheld tools and daily records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and proof of insurance.

• End Time: 1:30PM

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
