Job summary

PepsiCo in Naples, FL is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays across local stores. You’ll move products from backroom to sales floor, engage with store teams, and support national and local initiatives with promotional materials.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, valid US driver’s license, personal transportation, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including holidays. Training is provided and full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

What You’ll Do
