Job Overview

As a Merchandiser you will ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. You will guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store, while developing and preserving internal and external customer relationships representing Swire Coca‑Cola.

Job Details

Schedule: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (overtime and weekends required)

Pay: $20.75 per hour

Job Level: 1

Note: Enrollment in a Swire Medical Plan is required for some benefits.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily, ensuring labels face outward to identify purchases.
• Rotate products to maintain quality following a first‑in, first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to supervisor instructions and schedules.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas safely and accessibly; prepare and return any credited product unfit for sale.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
