Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes. You will travel to grocery stores and outlets, manage backroom and floor displays, and document executions using company systems.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. Prior experience is a plus. High school diploma preferred. Local route coverage includes Green Bay and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting company/state requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock products at grocery stores and outlets along assigned routes, ensuring proper display and rotation.
• Move product between backroom and sales floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems to track routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays and backstock for documentation.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Shift:Full Time, 6am start time, weekend availability needed

• Hourly Pay Rate:$22.60 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
