Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandiser for the Rockford area. The role requires weekend availability with an 6 am start time, involving stocking, displaying, and rotating products at stores along assigned routes.

You will drive a company vehicle, use pallet jacks, and document execution with photos and data in company systems. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Reliable personal automobile and valid driver's license required.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of displays and backstock in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
