Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock, rotate and display products on assigned routes in Waterford and surrounding areas. Weekend availability and 6am start time are part of the schedule, with benefits and a union workforce.

Accurate use of company systems will support routing and account monitoring. Responsibilities include traveling to stores, moving products safely, and documenting execution with photos.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and meet Michigan age requirements.
• Reliable auto transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.20 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
