Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a full-time merchandiser to manage beverage stock, rotation, and displays on assigned routes. You will travel between grocery stores and outlets, using pallet jacks or hand trucks to move products and ensure optimal shelf presence.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid license, be able to lift 25–50 pounds, and ideally have a high school diploma with some related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, rotate and display products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.

• Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 6am or 12pm shift, based on seniority

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.25 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
• 6 months related work experience
