Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Weekend-capable merchandiser to travel Rockford territory, stocking shelves, maintaining displays and rotating products.

You will use company systems for routing, handle pallet jacks, and capture backstock photos to document execution; must drive own car, meet license and insurance requirements.

This full-time role offers union benefits, medical/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off, with background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years or meet state age requirement.
• Requires reliable personal auto and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, efficiency and monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products for freshness and inventory.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full Time, Weekend Availability, 6 am start time

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
