Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is seeking a reliable merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products along assigned routes. You will visit grocery stores and beverage outlets, ensuring shelves meet planograms and freshness standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A 5:00 am start and weekend shifts are included; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older per state laws.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores to stock, maintain, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company routing systems for compliance and efficiency.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Organize backstock to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Full time, 5:00am start time, weekend availability required

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
