Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, is seeking a full-time merchandiser in the Mankato area. The role involves visiting grocery stores to stock, rotate and display products on assigned routes, using pallet jacks and company systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will document execution with photos, manage backstock, and support inventory freshness. Requires a driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 25–50 pounds. HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet state minimum.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate and display products on routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.

• Shift:Full time, 5:00am start time, weekend availability required

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
