Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a route merchandising professional in Wisconsin. The role involves stocking, maintaining, displaying and rotating products on grocery routes, and transporting stock between backroom and display areas.

You will use route software, document executions with photos, and keep backstock organized to ensure product freshness and inventory accuracy. This full-time position supports local routes from Marshfield and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/General Education Degree.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
