Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks a part-time merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes around Sparta, Tennessee. You will travel to grocery stores, use company routing systems, and lift up to 50 pounds daily. The role runs Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00am, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Stock, maintain, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use routing systems and company tech for compliance and efficiency.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to ensure inventory levels and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00am start time

• Local Routes available: Sparta and surrounding communities

• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck

• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring

• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts

• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.

• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
