Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Minnesota is hiring a full-time merchandiser with a 5:00am start. You will stock, rotate, and display products at grocery outlets along assigned routes, transport via pallet jack or hand truck, and use our systems to verify routing and account execution.

Mileage reimbursement is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered. Qualifications include a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to lift 25–50 lbs; 0–6 months of general work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or meet state min age requirements.
• Requires reliable personal transportation with valid drivers license; maintain driving record and auto insurance as required by company/state law.
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling 25–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full time, 5:00am start time, weekend availability required

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
