Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Tennessee is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock, rotate and display our products on assigned grocery routes. You will travel to stores, manage backstock, and ensure shelves meet planograms.

You’ll use company devices for routing, complete merchandising checkouts, and document execution with photos. Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds and have reliable transportation with a valid license; mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products along routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Shift: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00am start time
• Local Routes available: Sparta and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
