Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring a merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned grocery routes. You will travel to accounts, move pallets, and use our routing systems to ensure compliance and accurate merchandising.

The role is full-time with weekend availability and shifts starting 6am or 12pm based on seniority. We offer a unionized benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid vacation, and opportunities to grow within a leading beverage company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and meet state requirements.
• Requires reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, push and pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company technology for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $21.25 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
