Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock, display and rotate our products across assigned routes. You will travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure shelves are well stocked and properly presented.

The role requires 18+, reliable car and valid license, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of general work experience. Weekend availability is required; compensation is $21.25/hour with mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver’s license with adequate auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
