Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a driven merchandise associate to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes across Michigan. You will move products between backrooms and floors using pallet jacks or hand trucks, and use our systems for routing and account monitoring.

Role requires 18+ years, a reliable car with a valid license, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and 0–6 months of general work experience. Benefits included as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
