Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time merchandiser for Muskegon and surrounding communities. You will travel to grocery stores to stock, display, and rotate beverages on assigned routes, using pallet jacks and hand trucks to move products.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, maintaining accurate inventory, and documenting store execution in our systems. A valid license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Utilize company systems for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support proper inventory and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Shift:Full Time, Weekend Availability, 6am or 12pm shift, based on seniority

• Local Routes available:Muskegon and surrounding communities
• Hourly Pay Rate:$21.25 plus mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
