Job summary

SeaWorld is hiring Ambassadors to supervise merchandise locations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage policies, scheduling, inventory, and training while maintaining safety and peak performance.

Requirements include 18+, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED, plus 2 years’ related experience. Expect a dynamic, outdoor-indoor environment with park-specific systems and tools.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid state driver's license with possible residency requirements.
• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years related experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to address groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline management supervision of policies, projects, personnel, security and safety of merchandise locations.
• Lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences from the start.
• Supervise and develop direct reports and ambassadors through training and coaching.
• Coordinate inventory and stock flow, restocking displays and handling damaged merchandise.
• Schedule ambassadors and monitor Kronos timecards.
• Assist with planograms, product activation, and promotional layouts.
• Respond to customer requirements and ensure excellent service.
• Occasionally support other locations and shift duties as needed.
