Job summary
SeaWorld in San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to join our team, delivering outstanding guest service and helping to manage merchandise and displays. You will support operations across locations with a focus on guest experience.
Join a dynamic team and help supervise ambassadors, schedule time, train staff, and ensure merchandise is presented and stocked. Must be 18+, HS diploma, 2 years’ experience, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Minimum two years related experience or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to speak before groups.
Responsibilities
- Guide team to meet financial and guest service targets.
- Supervise and develop ambassadors with training and coaching; prepare performance tracking.
- Schedule ambassadors and manage timecards (Kronos).
- Monitor stock flow and restock; manage displays and merchandise.
- Coordinate annual inventory and assist with planograms and promotions.
- Ensure excellent guest service and respond to guest needs.
