Job summary

Bealls is seeking a Merchandise Supervisor in Gonzales, TX to lead daily store operations, coach a small team, and ensure our guest experience aligns with the Bealls brand. You will apply merchandising standards, manage product flow, and use store analytics to drive results.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work mid shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
• Work varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, training, and retaining talent.
• Championing our credit and loyalty programs and educating guests on benefits.
• Executing store merchandising direction, product flow, inventory management, and store operations.
• Using business reports to guide decisions and deliver high standards and results.
• Understanding and using company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Inspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs.
• Creating teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
