Job summary

Bealls is seeking a Merchandise Supervisor to lead store teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach and train associates, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure merchandising standards and brand consistency across product flow and operations.

You will use company systems and reports to drive decisions, motivate staff, and foster teamwork. Flexibility to work varied hours including nights and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
• Work varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, training, and retaining talent.
• Championing our credit and loyalty programs. Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experience.
• Executing store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience.
• Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and deliver high standards and results.
• Understanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Inspiring and motivating a team through company recognition programs.
• Creating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
