Job summary

Bealls is seeking a Merchandise Supervisor to lead a store team and ensure a compelling guest experience. You will coach staff, drive merchandising standards, and actively promote our credit and loyalty programs while managing store operations to deliver consistent brand experiences.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a High School Diploma, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Flexibility to work weekend/evening shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied hours including mid shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Zebra PDA, POS systems and payroll/scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and retain store team members.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to guests.
• Execute merchandising direction, product flow and store operations.
• Use business reports to guide decisions and maintain brand standards.
• Understand and use company software, systems, and procedures.
• Inspire and motivate the team through recognition programs.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and guest-focused service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
