Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations, security, and guest service. You will oversee stock, displays, and staff in a fast-paced environment, ensuring promotions are executed per guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes market plan with product and signage updates and inventory integrity.
