Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains displays, ensures accurate signage and promotional updates.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service as needed.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes the market plan and inventory integrity processes according to corporate guidelines.
