You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through effective workload planning, staff development, and strong asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, aligning staffing with business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to improve in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and shrink reduction measures.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and accurate order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
