Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Epping, NH area. The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership for staffing and execution.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation to company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment, including backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving, ensuring compliance and inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures, reducing shrink.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
