Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager in LA-INGLEWOOD, CA to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
Ensure execution of company policies and standards, and hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing.
Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
