Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Stocker in Sevierville, Tennessee to support store operations by stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and keeping both the sales floor and backroom clean and well-stocked.

You will help prepare merchandise for sale, ensure labeling accuracy, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and efficient merchandise flow. This role involves physical work and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately stock and organize merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to use store equipment safely and follow age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom.
• Inspect items for quality and proper tagging before stocking.
• Organize back stock to maintain inventory accuracy and flow.
• Assist with transfers, returns, and special orders as directed.
• Keep the sales floor and backroom clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise or directing them to staff.
