Job summary

Rev Entertainment’s New Mexico Goatheads seek a Merchandise Associate to support retail operations during home games and select events. You will assist customers, operate point-of-sale systems, help with product sales, and keep displays neat and stocked throughout events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandise sales during New Mexico Goatheads home games and events.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to fans and guests.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process cash/credit card transactions.
• Assist customers with product questions, sizing, availability, and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain clean, organized merchandise displays and restock as needed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of team store and displays.
• Monitor inventory and notify coordinator of low stock or issues.
• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
