Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to uphold store presentation, restock merchandise, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, organize displays, and maintain department cleanliness and safety across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include learning initiatives, cross-training, operating equipment, and providing prompt internal and external support while upholding Rural King values. No supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the store's look and arrangement; ensure proper return of merchandise.
• Keep shelves stocked and store clean with appealing presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Greet customers within a ten-foot radius; create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Organize, restock, and arrange products for displays.
• Maintain knowledge of product locations and features.
• Complete daily department recovery for assigned areas.
• Adhere to safety and store procedure standards.
• Operate general office equipment and retail devices.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs, workshops, and webinars.
• Provide proactive internal and external support for inquiries.
