Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates provide excellent customer service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and replenish sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
