You will work with a team to process deliveries, tag and code merchandise, and support store initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensures excellent customer experience and maintains a clean store
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient flow of goods
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed
• Organizes back stock for replenishment
• Maintains signage and housekeeping standards
• Promotes safety and adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Supports credit and loyalty programs
• Assists in shrink reduction goals and programs
