Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the floor stocked and organized
• Provide an excellent customer experience and assist customers as needed
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Assist with truck delivery and flow of goods to the sales floor
• Support safety, signage, and backroom organization
• Collaborate with management to achieve store goals and maintain standard labor practices
