Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards on the floor.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and stock organization.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, store policies, and compliance with labor laws.
