Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a outstanding customer experience. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized store and train teammates in merchandising processes.

As a flexible, detail-oriented team player, you will support store operations, drive efficiency, and contribute to safety and loss-prevention programs while providing exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing directions.
• Team player with ability to train others and work with peers and supervisors.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage customers.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Support safety, labor, and loss-prevention programs.
