Job summary

HomeGoods, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and engage customers. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service while training teammates and supporting store operations.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a proven track record in retail with some leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and training others

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Organize back stock, tag and code merchandise
• Mentor Associates on merchandising principles
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Coordinate with management to run efficient store operations
• Support store shrink reduction and loyalty programs
