• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Engages customers to provide an excellent shopping experience
• Maintains a clean and organized store and backroom
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicates with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
