Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to support receiving and merchandising as a team member. You will help ensure efficient processing of merchandise, uphold customer service standards, and maintain store organization in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends, strong communication, and the ability to train others while maintaining safety and store policies. Starting pay is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working as part of a team.
• Able to train others and lead by example.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and work as a team.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engaging and helping customers.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Duty Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards.
• Support labor law compliance and store policies.
