Job summary

You’ll train Associates, maintain tagging, and support store operations with a focus on teamwork and efficiency. The position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment flow; communicates with store leadership.
• Promotes safety, adherence to policies, and customer service excellence.
