Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member in Prescott, AZ to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help ensure a smooth store operation.

The role requires the ability to lift, bend, push and handle merchandise in a fast-paced environment, English proficiency, and being at least 18 years old. Competitive benefits and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for the department.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance and station cleanliness.
• Safeguards company property and reports theft or misappropriation.
• Stocks merchandise and maintains floor presentation per standards.
• Adheres to safety rules and uses required safety equipment.
