Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Payson, AZ is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and tag items, and help meet department quotas in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods; reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
