Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Retail Production Associate to support store operations by preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise, sorting, pricing, and production tasks.

You will work under store leadership to meet quota-driven production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and accurate pricing, ensuring merchandise is ready for the sales floor all day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, or warehouse roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow production processes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately in a quota-driven environment where quality is the top priority.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price, and prepare donated merchandise according to standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas.
• Meet productivity quotas while ensuring quality.
• Use pricing tools or POS systems to ensure accurate pricing.
• Support backroom and production operations for shop-ready merchandise.
• Assist with material movement and coordination between areas.
