• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Lead workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and in-stock optimization.
• Coordinate Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage price changes and promotional signage for store campaigns.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members to improve performance and shrink control.
