Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor flow of merchandise.
• Oversee SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute Planogram (POG) sets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving, and inventory adjustments.
• Support asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
