Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with store operations and SOPs.
• Ability to manage workload and staff scheduling.
• Strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and policy compliance.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and stock flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload and align staffing with business needs.
• Maintain in-stock levels through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Support backroom organization and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory integrity and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and price changes on schedule.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns.
• Train and develop team members.
• Support Asset Protection programs.
