Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, with accountability for store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and merch flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement integrity and accuracy.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and ship-from-store processes.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing aligned to business needs.
