Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at Store - DEN-AURORA/SMOKY HILL, CO. The role emphasizes truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and pricing accuracy to keep the store customer-ready and aligned with company standards.

Role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and efficient stock movement.
• Manage inventory controls, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with accurate documentation.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
