Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager to oversee merchandising and operational execution at our Thornton, CO location. This role focuses on truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution while upholding visual standards and customer-ready store conditions.

You will lead a team, plan workloads, ensure in-stock levels, and drive store profitability through effective inventory management and collaborations with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Lead SOP adherence and Company program compliance.
• Inventory control, planogram execution, and pricing integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Provide MOD coverage with floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and a customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory accuracy, product integrity, and stock movements.
• Execute promotional ad sets, pricing updates, and Ship From Store fulfillment.
