Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
Lead truck execution, including unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing and execution.
Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support a clean, organized store environment with backroom and sales floor readiness.
Manage inventory control, product accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
